Review: Gran Atlanta Hotel Madrid
When you enter the Gran Atlanta Hotel Madrid you’ll find it spacious and welcoming. There’s an old fashioned feel due to the chandeliers, dark wood walls and richly patterned rugs. One unusual feature is a waterfall that glides down the surface of a large mirror and makes a relaxing sound.
The hotel is in Madrid’s financial zone and so is ideally placed for quick access to several major companies.

How To Get From The Airport To The Hotel
Via Taxi: A taxi from the airport should take about 20 minutes and cost 20 to 22 euros (including airport supplement), depending on traffic conditions and assuming there is no excess baggage (that all baggage fits inside the boot and interior of the taxi).
Via Metro: You can take various metro routes directly from the airport to arrive at Alvarado metro near the Gran Atlanta Hotel Madrid. Line number 8 leaves from inside the airport between terminals 1 and 2. I’ve given the quickest route below with the stations where you need to change listed:
Metro: Colombia (Pink Line, L8) Then change and head for Plaza de Castilla (Purple Line, L9) Then change and head for Alvarado (Light Blue Line, L1).
Via Bus: There isn’t a public bus that goes directly from the airport to the area where the hotel is situated.
