The building from the outside is highly reflective and stands tall amongst the tree lined avenue of the Paseo de la Castellana. Inside it has a fuss-free feel due to its simple, modern and dark furnishings and décor. This theme is continued throughout the hotel.
The hotel has its own 24 hour restaurant, bar, parking for clients, non-smoking rooms, gym and Turkish bath, 24 hour room service, 24 hour laundry service and wi-fi internet.
The Hotel Cuzco Madrid has 13 meeting rooms that are all modern in design and they also offer the use of: a slide projector, flip charts, sound system, podium, audio-visual equipment and direct dial telephone.

There are 319 rooms at the Hotel Cuzco Madrid, and every one is decorated in a modern and minimalist style. The colour scheme is made up of blacks, silvers and splashes of cream for a serious 'look.'
Every room comes with an interactive satellite TV, free minibar, telephone, internet connection, en-suite bathroom and complementary toiletry set. Included in the cosmetics is a special round 'massaging' soap that the hotel claim is something of a luxury item.
Views from external rooms look out across the Paseo de la Castellana road. The rooms are quiet inside, and you can't hear too much traffic noise.
The Hotel Cuzco Madrid is in the business district of Madrid and surrounded by large companies. It is 5 minutes walk from the Palace of Congress and the Real Madrid Stadium.
The road of the Paseo de la Castellana that passes by the hotel, is the main road through Madrid from north to south and gives you good access to all parts of the city. The metro is only 1 minute from the hotel on foot and so you have even more transport options to travel around Madrid.
In the immediate area you'll find a bank opposite the hotel, and around the back of the hotel is a small square where there's a pub, newsstand, a flower stall and a sandwich bar.
Booking your airport transport online in advance of your trip enables you to travel from Madrid-Barajas airport directly to the door of your hotel.
The online booked transfers listed below are not public transport operated services - which means they continue to run even if there is a public transport strike.
If you don't speak Spanish, and you are unfamiliar with Madrid, arranging your transport in advance will give you peace of mind and save you the trouble of working out the route yourself. You can either book a private transfer or a shared transfer.
Private transfer (online booking only)
A private transfer means that the vehicle that you have will be dedicated for you and your party only. The driver will be waiting for you at your arrivals gate with a sign with your name on it. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and take you to a private air conditioned vehicle to take you directly to your hotel. We have provided a booking link below.
Minibus transfer (online booking only)
A minibus option is cheaper than the private transfer and the vehicle is shared amongst other travellers. Unlike a private transfer the driver will not be waiting for you at the arrivals gate you would need to make your way to a meeting point.
Follow the link below to book either your private transfer or minibus transfer online.
Public transport options
